The Challenge
The NexFlow team was running their entire operations through a mix of Excel, Notion, and email. Every new client onboarding took 4 hours of manual work, errors were common, and the CEO was personally involved in approving routine tasks. How We Built It
We built a multi-step workflow engine where each stage is defined by the client and powered by an LLM that understands their business rules. Documents are ingested, classified, and routed automatically. A human-in-the-loop interface lets staff review edge cases without breaking the flow. The entire platform was built in Next.js with a Python/FastAPI backend and a LangChain orchestration layer for the AI steps.
